Satisfaction Guarantee: We always hope you love our products and have the best experience possible.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. You have the option to receive a refund to your original payment method or store credit for future purchases.
Ensuring the hygiene and safety of our customers is a top priority. Therefore, any returned items must be in new, unopened condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned.
When utilizing your right of withdrawal, the product, along with all accompanying accessories such as samples, sheet masks, and free gifts, must be returned as part of the process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item(s) were damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
Please take reasonable care of the products and retain all packing materials when possible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for returned goods we don't receive or for those damaged during return shipping.
Several types of goods are exempt from returns:
- Individual items from kits or bundles, such as travel kits.
- Final sale items.
Please note that we do not accept returns for orders outside the United States. Returns are currently accepted for U.S. orders only.
Return Responsibility
Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us, so ensure they are properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
As the package remains your responsibility until it reaches us, please obtain proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. Note that we are not responsible for any items returned to us by mistake.
Exchanges
If we sent you the wrong items or you received faulty or damaged products on arrival, please contact us at contact@first-dry.com. We will send replacement products as soon as possible.
We will also provide a shipping label to return the incorrect or damaged items. Exchanges are only processed for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
For items damaged during shipping, please save the package and email us immediately with photos of the damaged items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days. The refund will include the amount paid (accounting for any discounts or rewards used) but will exclude any shipping charges incurred.
Please note that we are unable to refund duties or taxes. If applicable, you will need to apply for a duty or tax refund separately.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after we’ve processed it, please check with your bank or credit card issuer, as they may still be processing it.
Refunds often require some processing time before being posted. If you experience issues beyond this, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly!
